Refunds & Returns Policy
At iGeoBotics, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free, which is why we've designed an easy-to-understand returns and refunds process.

Return Time Frame
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. -
Shipping Costs
- If your product is defective or incorrect, we’ll send you a new one and we’ll cover the shipping cost to return it.
- If you’re returning the item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to handle the return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or isn’t functioning as it should, let us know within 30 days. We’ll arrange a return at no additional cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost. -
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide the product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, minus the shipping cost to ship back. -
Refund Process
Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since you were notified of the refund and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@igeobotics.com. -
Restocking Fee
In some cases, a restocking 15% fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.
