Shipping & Delivery
At iGeoBotics, we strive to process your order quickly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeline and Costs
- Delivery is expected within 4 to 7 business days on average.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
- For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Freight Carrier Deliveries
Many of our orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers, often using large 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please provide an accurate phone number at checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received, along with payment approval. Your credit card will not be charged until your item is shipped, unless the item is back-ordered and requires reserving for you.
As soon as your order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery!
